So mediocre. Had a decently cool alternate / parallel world setup that has a lot of promise, but the character work and MacGuffin plot and dialogue and Kell all drag it down so much. And from everything I’ve seen the books just go downhill so I think I will call it here. Sad to see cool potential wasted.
