You can’t read Shakespeare every night, my brain gets tired. Considering this is a children’s book, it is amazing. Obviously the writing isn’t high level and there are a couple small plot holes and the pacing can be kind of random, but it still tells a captivating story with real emotional consequences in a fashion kids can understand and connect with. I’m definitely biased because these were some of the books I grew up reading and loving, but I think they hold up.
