Livira was the assistant that raised Evar. Assistant dies. Evar, Clovis, and Carol leave the library. Skeer are in charge of the city, hate everyone. Arpix is living with refugees out in the dust, meet up with Evar and co. For some reason the skeer can’t come onto their hill. Livira gets sent back out of this time, has to retreat to the past. Uses her book in Evars possession to break out. Endsup in correct time (300 years in future from first book, Evar’s time). Meets king and Lord Algar. They are cannibals living in the library, they killed Clovis family. Clovis injured, her and Arpix dating. Need to get her to center ring. Run to library from dust.
