I need to remember to go back and finish this series when I get more credits. Gives off very, very, very strong Eragon inspiration but replace the dragon with cooler magic. If you liked Eragon I can almost guarantee you will like this.

A really fun fantasy read. Has a lot of classic tropes, pretty common chosen one plot line but it reads well and doesn’t feel super YA. Good characters and people die.
